Tanja has always had a keen interest in movement and healthy living. After having worked in an office as a Personal Assistant for over 10 years she noticed that a sedentary lifestyle in a stressful job leads to all sort of muscular pain and discomfort.
In 2013 she followed her passion and trained first as a Yoga Teacher and then in 2016 as a Personal Trainer. It was after a hip injury that she discovered the healing properties of exercise using the Pilates studio equipment. Amazed by it’s healing powers and still eager to learn more about movement and anatomy she trained with Polestar Pilates UK, where she was taught by the leading Pilates educators in the U.K.
Having experienced it in her own body, Tanja strongly believes in the healing power of movement and exercise and is passionate about sharing this experience with her clients. In her sessions she pays close attention to optimal movement patterns for your goals as well as breathing.
