Hello I’m Jessica I’m a Clinical Pilates Instructor with nearly a decade of teaching experience. I’ve been doing Pilates for my own personal practice for even longer than that. I trained and taught in Los Angeles.
I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals through the practice of Pilates.
My approach to teaching is rooted in a deep understanding of the human body and a commitment to providing a comprehensive and personalized experience for each client. I believe in treating each individual as a bio individual, tailoring my Pilates programs to their specific needs and goals.
With a strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics, I am able to create effective and safe Pilates programs. I am constantly staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field of Pilates, ensuring that I am providing the most current and effective instruction.
I am also Pre and Post-natal certified and did Pilates through my own pregnancy. It is an absolute joy to join parent to be on their journey. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their full potential and find joy in their movement practice.
