At Complete Pilates, we offer group-based and 1:1 online Pilates classes, accessible wherever you are, in whichever time zone you may be! Our goal is to allow you to access Pilates classes from the comfort of your home, place of work or whilst on the move.

We have an online Pilates class suitable for all, from beginners, intermediate and advanced to pre-and-postnatal and everything in between. Our sessions are tailored to be appropriate to your ability and experience.

During our 1:1 online Pilates classes, one of our Physiotherapists or clinical Pilates instructors will assess your movement, discuss your goals and create a programme which will help you achieve them.

For all our online sessions, all you really need is a comfortable mat and space to move. We’ll let you know in advance if you need any Pilates props, weights or alternatively household props for any sessions.

1:1 Online

If you are living outside of London or cannot easily get to our studios but want all the attention of a 1:1 why not try it online! This mat based solution is a great way of making sure you are being pushed to achieve your goals whilst being mindful of any injuries or medical conditions.

This back to basics class is perfect for beginners who are totally new to Pilates as well as those who want to spend time focusing on the foundation work of the Pilates repertoire.  This may be as part of rehabilitation after injury, illness or surgery.

How to book an online Pilates class

Booking your online class is really easy. You have the choice of booking via the app, on our website or through email. If you want to join us on demand or learn more about our courses, visit us here.

To download our Complete Pilates app, please visit the App Store or Google Play.

To book via email, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.

Once you have booked onto the class you will receive a confirmation email and will also see the class appear in your app.

If you are doing a group class you will get an email from MindBody 30 minutes before the class with the link to join. This email will also have the instructions for either downloading the MindBody live app or joining using Chrome. If you have not received the link please do email us on info@complete-pilates.co.uk

For all 1:1s, you will receive an email reminder 48 hours prior to your class. Our administration team will send you the individual zoom meeting ID and password when you book the session. If you are seeing us for a recurring appointment, we endeavor to keep the codes the same.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for all our appointments which is why we send out reminders 48 hours before. If you cancel within this period, you may be subject to full charge. Please do let us know as early as possible if you cannot make a class.

To reschedule any appointments, you can do this outside of the 24 hours within the app, the web booking system or on email.
