How to find our Chelsea Pilates studio

From South Kensington Underground Station

  • Take the main exit at the top of the stairs in front of the ticket barriers.
  • Turn left at the top and left again onto Old Brompton Road.
  • Continue southwest until the traffic lights and turn right onto Fulham Road.
  • Continue to walk past the Royal Brompton Hospital and we will be on your left.
  • Complete Pilates is situated within Complete Physio on the first floor.

Approx. walking time 12mins.

From Gloucester Road Underground Station

  • Head south on Gloucester Road towards Cromwell Road.
  • Continue straight onto Cranley Gardens
  • At the main crossroads, turn right onto Fulham Road.
  • We are on the left within Complete Physio on the first floor.

Approx. 11 mins walking time.

Parking near our studio

We try to encourage people not to park in Chelsea and Westminster car park and instead use the pay and display areas around us. Please note, that if you do not have cash you can use the Pay by Phone parking app.

There are paid parking spaces.

  • At the bottom of Callow Street, near Elm Park Road.
  • Evelyn Gardens as it links to Fulham Road.
  • Cranley Gardens as it meets Fulham Road.
  • Redcliffe Road as you turn off Fulham Road.
  • Hollywood Road as you turn off Fulham Road.

These are all a short walking distance away from the clinic. Please leave time in case you need to drive around a little to find a space.

At Complete Pilates, our mission is to make exercise fun and provide you with an experience that improves your confidence to move, challenges and empowers you, and leaves you feeling supported. 

In your initial session, we conduct a thorough assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of your health, how your body moves and how Reformer Pilates can best help you. If you have been referred by another clinician or have recent scans or tests, we encourage you to bring them along. This collaborative approach allows us to offer the highest standard of care and support.

Rehab Pilates

Rehab Reformer Pilates classes are for those who are experiencing pain or loss of function due to spinal, upper body or lower body injuries. This can include musculoskeletal problems such as back pain or other joint pain, muscle injuries such as strains or tendon inflammation. Rehab Pilates classes focus on improving strength, mobility, stability and movement patterns, with the aim of improving your symptoms and preventing future injuries.

Reformer Pilates in Chelsea

Reformer Pilates is widely recognised as the most popular form of Pilates, and at Complete Pilates, all of our classes feature the use of the Reformer. This versatile and dynamic equipment allows for a full-body workout that can be tailored to meet the needs of every individual.  Prenatal Pilates classes

If you are pregnant and looking for a safe way to exercise, our Pregnancy Pilates classes are perfect for you. Whether you are new to exercise or just looking for a different way to continue moving, our classes are suitable for all abilities and safe to participate in through all trimesters. These classes will help you remain active and fit, help address any pains or issues that arise during pregnancy and help you prepare for your birth, whether naturally or via C-section. If a specialist assessment is needed, we can refer you to our Women’s Health specialists who are part of the Complete Physio team.

Postnatal Pilates classes

If you’re looking to return to exercise following birth, our postnatal Pilates classes are the perfect place to start. You don’t need to have any exercise or Pilates experience to join. We will provide you with a thorough postnatal assessment to understand your birth, how your body is feeling and what your current goals are. Our postnatal classes focus on low-impact exercise, restoration of abdominal and pelvic strength and mindful movement that allows you to reconnect with your body at your own pace. If you’re uncertain about your readiness to resume exercise, Women’s Health specialists are available for assessments and support.

Group Pilates

Do you prefer group classes over 1-to-1? We offer 2-to-1 Duet classes for families or friends, as well as small group 3-to-1 classes that anyone can sign up to. Regardless of the class, at Complete Pilates we only offer individualised rehabilitation, which means you’ll always be completing your own exercises designed just for you.

If you’re feeling hungry, look no further than Oree for a selection of French baked goods. On a rainier day, why not head to the Picturehouse Theatre to catch the latest movie releases. Or if you feel like a stroll, take a short walk down Fulham Road from us and you will also come across Brompton Cemetery. This is one of London’s famous “Magnificent Seven” graveyards – some say it is the most spectacular of them all – which was built in the 1830s.
