However, the problem is that you may have longstanding pain, have a new injury or just had surgery, are pregnant or have just had a baby, or are generally bored of a generic Pilates class.
Our introductory offer of two, 1 hour, 1:1 sessions for £100 means you get a full body individual assessment. From this we design a programme which is specific to you and your needs.
How does it work?
Depending on your needs, we will organise an appointment with the instructor we think is best suited to you.
We want to be able to help you right from the outset. To enable us to do this, it helps for us to have as much information as possible.
This includes any letters or reports from your consultant or referring physio.
This information makes the assessment more specific and also allows our instructors to communicate with others who are helping you.
In the first appointment, we will discuss your medical history, discover what you want to achieve and find out any sports or activities you want to return to.
Do not worry, you will definitely move!
We aim to get you moving as quickly as possible and try to give you some movements to go away with.
Although the first session may feel a little jumpy, we are on a fact finding mission and are attempting to get as much information as possible from you and your body. This means that everything we give you will be focused on you. Although there is carry over, no two sessions are the same and we will get you on the equipment straight away.
