Giuliana Fierro

Qualifications: BSc Physiotherapy, Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Rehabilation Trained, Mummy MOT, E-RYT Yoga Alliance

Hi i'm Giuiliana.I’m originally from Perú and also spent time living in Portugal and the US before moving to the UK. Movement has always been a big part of my life, I’ve practiced yoga for over 15 years and taught for the last eight.

I went on to train as a physiotherapist at St George’s University and now work in MSK and women’s health, with additional training in the Mummy MOT.

As a mum myself, I understand the challenges of recovery and love supporting women through that journey.

I’m especially interested in hypermobility and chronic pain, and I combine physiotherapy and Pilates to help people feel stronger, while guiding clients to build awareness, challenge themselves, and trust their bodies again.

Outside of the studio, as a good Peruvian I’m a true food lover and love discovering new restaurants around London. I also keep up my Ashtanga yoga practice and love spending time with my young family.
