Qualifications: London Pilates Academy Certified, LYT Yoga Method Training

Hi, my name is Clare, and I’m a dedicated yoga and Pilates teacher with a deep passion for movement, wellbeing, and self-discovery. I began teaching yoga in 2016 in California, where I fell in love with the practice and its ability to transform both body and mind. Since then, I’ve completed over 1,000 hours of training, always seeking to deepen my knowledge and refine my approach.

A pivotal moment in my teaching journey was completing the LYT Yoga Method training—a physio-led, functional movement system that continues to inspire and inform my classes today. I’m endlessly fascinated by how intelligent movement can restore strength, balance, and function to the body.

My curiosity for movement naturally led me to discover Pilates, and I’ve been teaching it ever since. After experiencing the incredible benefits of reformer Pilates firsthand while rehabbing CrossFit injuries, I knew I wanted to bring this practice to my clients.

Outside the studio, I’m a proud husky mum to two beautiful dogs who keep me active and outdoors. I’m a true movement junkie—I love weightlifting, yoga, Pilates, swimming, surfing, and snowboarding. You’ll often find me on the beach in winter enjoying a cold dip or at my art class, as creating art is another one of my passions.

I’m also currently training to become a psychodynamic counsellor, inspired by the self-enquiry journey that yoga led me on. My aim is to support not only my clients’ physical wellbeing but also their mental and emotional health, helping them connect more deeply with themselves in all aspects of life.

Qualifications: Physiotherapy MSc, APPI Pilates rehabilitation certified

Hi, my name is Lysh. I graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne following an undergraduate in Biomedical Science. Once I had graduated, I immediately began further training in clinical Pilates, spinal management and sports rehabilitation. This led me to work in musculoskeletal private practices around Melbourne and as the head physiotherapist for elite football, cricket and boxing teams.

At the end of 2018, I left the land down under and spent a season in Japan, working as a snow-sports physiotherapist in Hakuba. I loved it here and gained valuable experience assessing and treating traumatic musculoskeletal injuries, as well as rehabilitating elite athletes back to the snow following a variety of sports injuries.
Eventually, in early 2019, I made my way over to London where I have been working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist ever since.

I have always been a huge advocate of active, individualised rehabilitation therapy. I love getting to the source of the problem and ensuring that everyone reaches all of their goals (even the ones you haven’t thought of yet!). I have been using Pilates as a rehabilitation tool since 2016 to treat a variety of conditions, including neck and low back pain, sport injuries and complex neurological presentations. I also have experience teaching Pilates to clients in all phases of life, including children and adolescents, pre and post-natal women and older adults.

When I am not in the studio, you’ll find me with a coffee in one hand, food in the other and preparing to board my next flight to explore Europe.
