Hi, i’m Tinneke. With over 25 years of international teaching experience in Physical Education and Health, I have always embraced an active lifestyle and a passion for lifelong learning. Sport and movement have always been central to my life.

My journey with Pilates deepened after an injury sustained during a kitesurfing holiday in the Dominican Republic. During my rehabilitation, Pilates supported my recovery, allowing me tocontinue moving while strengthening both my physical and mental well-being. This experience inspired me to pursue the Balanced Body Instructor training pathway in 2016.

I completed my initial Pilates training in Panama, later owned a small home studio in Taiwan,and taught in boutique studios in the United Arab Emirates. I am trained in Mat, Reformer, Apparatus, MOTR, Oov, and Barre, with specialisations in rehabilitation, Pilates for menopause, youth athletes, and pre- and postnatal Pilates.

My mission is to empower your physical and mental well-being through classes rooted in the core principles of Pilates: breath, concentration, control, precision, centre, and flow.

Following my recent move to Europe and the UK, I am excited to continue sharing my love for Pilates and supporting others on their journey towards strength, balance, and overall well-being.
