Chelsea Sherry – Tau

Qualifications: Qualification Physiotherapy BSc, Polestar Comprehensive

Hi, I’m Chelsea another New Zealander (kiwi) who has moved to London.

I graduated in Physiotherapy at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand, where I honed my skills and knowledge. I then ventured to Melbourne, Australia, where I worked in a private musculoskeletal clinic. In this dynamic role, I had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, spanning from individuals with lower back pain to those in various stages of pre and post-surgical rehabilitation. I’ve provided care for the elderly, athletes, and individuals from all walks of life.

One common thread connecting all my clients was the transformative power of clinical Pilates in their rehabilitation journeys. I’ve witnessed its incredible impact on the recovery process, helping clients regain strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

My approach to Physiotherapy is deeply rooted in my experiences as an athlete. I am dedicated to providing personalised, evidence-based care, tailoring each session to the unique goals of my clients.

Beyond the clinic, I am an avid gym-goer, passionate traveller and enthusiastic foodie who enjoys exploring all the amazing restaurants around London.

I am looking forward to bringing my passion and expertise to Complete Pilates and cannot wait to embark on a new journey. If you ever see me around Chelsea and Angel please say hi!
