Hi, I'm Sharon. Pilates has been a significant part of my life since I was eighteen, when I first discovered mat Pilates. Three years ago, I began Reformer Pilates, which strengthened my ambition to become a qualified Pilates teacher. Having experienced first-hand the physical and mental benefits of Pilates, I have seen how it can improve strength, confidence, independence and overall wellbeing.

As someone with hypermobility, Pilates has also played an important role in helping me manage ongoing pain, build strength and feel more confident in my movement. It has become much more than exercise for me; it is an important part of how I support my own health and wellbeing. This personal experience has inspired me to help others discover the same benefits, whatever their starting point.

I am passionate about health, wellness and helping people feel confident and comfortable in their bodies. I enjoy working with others and believe patience, empathy and good communication are essential to creating a supportive and encouraging environment. I have always looked forward to my own Pilates classes and love the feeling of leaving stronger, calmer and refreshed, so being able to help others experience that is incredibly rewarding.

Having trained with Polestar Pilates, I am committed to building a career that reflects my passion for health, wellbeing and lifelong learning, while helping clients move with greater confidence and enjoy the positive impact Pilates can have on their lives.
