What you are buying
A digital booklet supplied as a PDF file. No physical copy is sent. Any videos referenced in the booklet are links to online content.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page in pounds sterling and includes any VAT due. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How you receive it
As soon as your payment is confirmed we email you a personal download link and show it on the page. The link works for up to 10 downloads and expires 30 days after purchase. Keep the email so you can download again on another device within that time. If your link stops working, contact us and we will help.
Your right to cancel
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts straight away and that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download begins. If you have not yet started the download, you can cancel within 14 days by emailing us.
If something is wrong with the file
If the file is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Using the booklet
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to read and use the booklet for your own use. Please do not copy, share, resell, or publish it.
Health note
The exercises are general guidance. If you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant, check with your clinician before starting. Stop if anything causes pain.
