Hi, I’m Brianna, a Clinical Pilates Instructor from New Zealand. I first discovered Pilates as a young dancer, using it to support my training and performance. I’ve experienced first-hand how beneficial it can be.

I come from a professional dance background and spent five years touring internationally with Cirque du Soleil’s Bazzar. It was an incredible opportunity to combine my passion for dance and travel.

In 2020, I began my comprehensive teacher training with Polestar Pilates. While touring with Cirque, I also taught Pilates to fellow cast members to help with injury prevention and rehab. 

After having knee surgery myself, I understand how hard it can be to rebuild confidence in your body. That experience drives my passion for helping others feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies again.
