Qualifications: Physiotherapy MSc, Sports Therapy BSc, Polestar Pilates

Hi, my name is Dionne! I have gained a First-Class degree in BSc (hons) Sports Therapy and a Distinction in MSc (pre-registration) Physiotherapy. Since then, I have worked as a rotational physiotherapist in London NHS hospitals, rotating between a range of specialist areas.

Before training as a Physiotherapist, I was a contemporary dancer for over 10 years, and trained at The Place London. I was first introduced to Pilates through my dance training. Since then, I have completed APPI and Polestar Pilates Comprehensive courses. I am passionate about using Pilates to improve pain, strength, and overall well-being.

I have experience working with a wide range of clients across different population groups. I have developed a particular interest in performing arts injuries, women’s health, pre and postnatal care, lower limb injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.

I have holistic approach to the management and treatment of injuries and strive to utilise evidence-based research to help clients to reach and maintain their goals.

In my free time, you can find me in a yoga, Pilates, or dance studio!
