Hello, I’m Georgia and I’m one of the Administrative Assistants at Complete Pilates!

I am a professionally trained dancer and a big Pilates advocate. I realised at a young age that moving my body made me feel great and have been passionate about movement and all its benefits since.

My dance career took a turn when I sustained an injury whilst performing and since then I have taken my interest in Pilates more seriously, especially after learning how vital it can be in rehabilitation. I will soon be beginning my Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Course with the eventual goal of becoming a Clinical Pilates Instructor.

In my spare time, I love being outdoors listening to music with my friends and family or travelling and exploring new places.
