Hi, I am Lauren, Day Administrator at Complete Pilates.
I decided to take my career in a different direction, after becoming a Mum to two amazing boys, and joined the admin team at Complete Pilates.
I enjoy helping people and being a part of their healthcare journey. I have a background in Pharmacy and worked for many years within the NHS and more recently within a Private Hospital Group in Central London as a Pharmacy Technician.
In my spare time, I love throwing on a pair of trainers and making memories and going on adventures with my little explorers.
