Hi, i'm Geetu. I was first introduced to Pilates through rehabilitation over 20 years ago following multiple knee surgeries. What began as a tool to recover strength and function gradually became an anchor in my life.
Over the years, Pilates has supported me through injury, pregnancy, motherhood, personal loss and many of life's transitions. Time and again, it has helped me reconnect with my body, rebuild confidence and discover strength I didn't know I had. Experiencing its transformative effects first-hand is what ultimately inspired me to become an instructor.
Today, I bring a calm, highly attentive and results-driven approach to my work. I understand that when people walk into a studio, they are often carrying much more than physical symptoms. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, understood and supported, while helping them achieve meaningful, lasting results. I believe movement should be precise, intelligent and empowering - helping people reconnect with their bodies, build strength, control and confidence.
I have a particular interest in rehabilitation, pain management, postural correction and movement re-education. Fascinated by the intersection of movement, science and creativity, I enjoy looking beyond symptoms to understand the root cause of movement dysfunction and tailoring programmes to the individual in front of me.
Outside the studio, I enjoy painting, drawing, travelling into the wilderness, continually expanding my knowledge and spending time with my family.
The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing the moment a client feels the difference for themselves.
