Hi! I’m Lily, an England track and field athlete and Pilates instructor with a degree in Human Neuroscience. Pilates has helped me stay injury-free through the demands of training for seven events in the heptathlon, and I strive to bring this resilience and strength to others.
I discovered Pilates as a holistic, fun approach to prehab and quickly fell in love with how strong it made me feel and how well it developed my mind-body awareness – something so essential for motor skills in sports and daily life.
I hold a BSc in Human Neuroscience from the University of Birmingham, where I focused my studies on the neuroscience of movement and neurological rehabilitation. Being an anatomy and neuro nerd, I’m fascinated in the application of neuroscience to movement in Pilates, unlocking holistic brain–body benefits – from supporting rehabilitation to enhancing brain health.
With a background in elite sport and experience in coaching, I have first-hand experience in developing the muscles needed to support correct athletic posture and biomechanics. My aim is to give clients the tools and knowledge to break free from injury cycles. Pilates is a powerful way to strengthen the often-overlooked muscles, helping you move better and see lasting results both inside and outside the studio.
I can’t wait to support you on your Pilates journey and help you unlock your full potential!
