Outcome measures

We have found that it can be really difficult for people to see their own progress. Consequently, we try to collect objective data to show you your improvement and also to prove what we do. This is important for us all to see.

Below are some questionnaires which you will have been asked to fill in by your clinician. We do use any data submissions for our research as well as storing them on your client profiles. All data we publish externally is anonymous.
