We offer individual and small group Pilates classes under the supervision of Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and highly qualified Clinical Pilates Instructors, providing you with a unique and tailored approach.
We focus on providing an exercise experience personalised to each of our clients. Whether you need to improve strength, mobility, balance or stamina, our classes are the ideal choice for those recovering from injury or surgery, experiencing ongoing pain or anyone who wants remain fit and mobile.
You can choose from 1-to-1 classes, small group classes or even exercise from the comfort of your home with one of our many online options.
How to find our Fulham Pilates studio
Our Pilates studio on Fulham road is easily accessible by transport (underground or bus), cycle or on foot.
If you’re taking the underground:
From South Kensington Station
- From the main exit, turn left and then left again onto Old Brompton Road,
- Continue south-west, until turning right onto Fulham Road,
- Continue past the Royal Brompton Hospital, and in about 5 minutes, you’ll find us on your left.
From Gloucester Road Underground Station
- From the main exit, turn right and continue down Gloucester Road,
- Continue straight onto Cranley Gardens,
- When you find yourself at the main crossroads, turn right onto Fulham Road for a few minutes, until you find us on your left.
If driving, there is paid street parking around the area and if you’re visiting us via bike, there is plenty of bicycle parking on Fulham Road.
Our Complete Pilates studio is situated within Complete Physio, which you’ll find on the first floor.

At Complete Pilates, we believe our expert-guided Pilates classes provide a tool for all individuals to improve their health and wellbeing.
There is no one way to move, so we take the time to get to know you, your body and your goals, and help create an exercise experience tailored just for you.
Pilates is suitable for all ages, body types and experience levels. Our Fulham Road Pilates studio is equipped with modern Balanced Body equipment, including:
- Allegro 2 reformers
- Allegro 2 towers
- Trapeze tables or cadillac
- Ladder barrel and spine correctors
- Wunda chair or split pedal chair
In addition, we have a large variety of smaller Pilates props such as balls and the Pilates magic circle which help provide assistance to your movement or more of a challenge.
To help you practice at home and get the most out of your exercise and rehab, we’ll also incorporate some Mat Pilates exercises. You can find tutorials of these on the video page of our website or our YouTube channel.
At Complete Pilates Fulham we see clients with a range of exercise and rehabilitation needs, including those who are scheduled for surgery or have recently had surgery, those with sports injuries, pre and post-natal women and those living with musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, scoliosis and autoimmune conditions.

Within the clinic you’ll find physiotherapists including those who can provide injection therapies, Women’s Health Specialists, massage therapists and clinical strength and conditioning coaches. We also collaborate closely with some of London’s leading consultant and surgeon groups, including the Fortius Clinic.
Our Complete Pilates team are experts in movement and Pilates, having completed extensive specialist training, and many of our instructors are chartered Physiotherapists or Osteopaths. Our instructors are passionate about providing safe and effective exercises that help you work towards your goals and grow more confident in your movement. They’re on hand to supervise you every step of the way and modify and progress your training as you go.

That’s why, from the moment you start with us, we’re dedicated to learning about you, your health and your goals, so that we can collaborate with you to create Equipment and Reformer Pilates classes personalised to your individual needs. In your first appointment, we guide you through a thorough assessment and if you’ve been referred by another clinician or you’ve recently had any scans or investigations, we’ll ask you to bring those along too.
Rehab Pilates
Rehab Pilates classes are perfect for those who are managing symptoms or functional restrictions associated with injuries of the spine or upper and lower body. These classes will help restore and improve strength, mobility and function and also help you address mechanical or movement imbalances that may have contributed to your injuries or symptoms.
Reformer Pilates Classes
Reformer Pilates is one of the most popular forms of Pilates, and at Complete Pilates, all of our classes include the Reformer. The Reformer provides a comprehensive workout that incorporates your whole body and can be easily adapted to suit all abilities. If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, our tailored 1-to-1 or small group classes will ensure you learn how to use the Reformer safely and confidently as we progress you through your tailored program.
Prenatal Pilates classes
Are you pregnant and looking for a safe way to start or continue exercising? Our Pregnancy Pilates classes are perfect for you.
These classes are suitable for women in all trimesters and will allow you to maintain your fitness and mobility as your body continues to change. Not only that, but our expert clinicians will help prepare your body for natural birth or C-section by strengthening your pelvis and core.
If we think you might require a specialist assessment, we can refer you to our Women’s health specialists on-site.
Postnatal Pilates classes
No matter where you are on your postnatal journey, our postnatal Pilates classes will help you start moving again.
You don’t need to have done Reformer Pilates prior to giving birth to jump right into one of these classes. We’ll start you moving gently, with low-impact exercises that will focus on restoring your abdominal and pelvic strength and whole body conditioning.
These classes are the perfect way to reconnect back with your body, take some time for yourself and build back towards your movement or sports goals, with expert-led guidance.

Group Pilates
We understand that not everyone may be able or want to participate in 1-to-1 classes. Throughout the week, we offer 2-to-1 Duet or 3-to-1 small group classes.
Our 2-to-1 Duet classes are designed for friends or family members who wish to train together, while our 3-to-1 classes are scheduled throughout the week and available for anyone to join.
No matter what type of class you join, you will always be supervised through your own set of exercises.
Completely Online
Sometimes getting to one of our studios isn’t quite possible, but don’t worry, you can still benefit from our expert-guided Pilates classes in the comfort of your home or holiday.
For real-time sessions, you can book an online 1-to-1 with one of our Clinical Pilates instructors or alternatively, you can join one of our group mat classes.
