Hi i'm Hollie.

After the birth of my son, doctors and physiotherapists recommended Pilates to help heal my lower back pain. I needed to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain flexibility. This is where my love for Pilates was born

While living in Copenhagen, I started practicing regularly and experienced the impact it had on both my body and mind. Inspired by the transformation I felt, I decided to retrain as a Pilates teacher and share this practice with others.

I began my training and teaching journey in Copenhagen, and continued my studies after returning to London.
Now, seeing my clients grow in strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing, I feel incredibly grateful to have found a practice—and a profession—that I genuinely love.

Outside the Pilates studio, I love working with my hands—I create hand-built ceramics in a shed at the bottom of my garden. I also have a cutting garden at my allotment where I grow flowers. I find joy in travel, nature, the sea, and being outdoors.

Pilates is a second career. Before teaching, I worked in the fashion and arts world for iconic brands like Liberty, the V&A, and the Royal Academy of Arts in London.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, working to improve your strength and flexibility, or simply looking to feel better in your body, my goal is to support you on your Pilates journey.
