Qualifications: BSc Nursing, Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Rehabilitation Trained, Experience in Adult Critical Care and Pre-assessment for Surgery

Hi, I am Natalia and I bring together my background as a Registered Nurse with my passion for movement and well-being. I trained and worked in adult critical care and surgical pre-assessment, which gave me a strong understanding of how the body responds to illness, recovery, and rehabilitation.

My own Pilates journey began after a lower back injury. Experiencing how Pilates helped me regain strength, confidence, and ease in movement inspired me to train comprehensively with Polestar Pilates.

I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients — from those seeking to regain confidence after health challenges to individuals wanting to feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected in their bodies. My teaching is guided by compassion, precision, and adaptability, always centred around each person’s unique needs.

My next goal will be deepening my expertise through the APPI Women’s Health Certification, including Ante/Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for Menopause, and Pilates and the Pelvic Floor.

Outside the studio, I love staying active — I was a swimmer in my teens and have always been sporty. Today, I enjoy cycling, travelling, and cooking nourishing meals for friends.
