Hi I'm Sonali, a Clinical Pilates Instructor, Osteopath and Sports Rehabilitation Therapist, with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and an MSc in Osteopathy.
I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies, move with greater freedom and confidence, and realise what they’re truly capable of. I believe that exceptional movement is not simply about treating symptoms but about understanding the individual, building capacity and creating lasting change whilst educating you on all this.
My approach combines a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology and movement science with Osteopathic hands-on treatment, Clinical Pilates and evidence-informed rehabilitation principles. I work collaboratively with each person to understand their goals, whether that’s returning to sport, improving physical performance, recovering from injury, moving more comfortably in everyday life, or investing in their long-term health and wellbeing.
I particularly enjoy bridging the gap between hands-on therapy and active rehabilitation. By combining treatment with purposeful movement and progressive exercise, I aim to give people not only a better understanding of their bodies, but the tools and confidence to move well beyond the treatment room.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m a keen gym-goer and love strength and functional training. I’m a strong believer in the value of building strength, resilience and movement capacity; not just for performance, but for living an active, capable and healthy life. When I’m not in the clinic or training, I love cooking, discovering new places and travelling, always looking for new experiences, cultures and food to enjoy.
