About our Pilates studio
Fitted and equipped with the best Pilates equipment on the market, our Fulham studio is the perfect place to develop your strength and flexibility. Our equipment includes Allegro 2 reformers, towers, trapeze tables, as well as ladder barrels, spine correctors, Wunda chairs. In short, everything you need for a great Pilates session, all in our gorgeous first floor studio!
We’re also located in bustling Fulham road, with a wide range of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and other amenities nearby to enjoy after your workout. Finding our Pilates studio in Fulham Road
Our Fulham Road Pilates studio is easy to find. Here’s how to reach us from two of our closest underground stations:
From South Kensington Station
- Take the main exit, which is at the top of the stairs, just before the ticket barriers.
- Turn left twice; at the top, and again to turn onto Old Brompton Road.
- Continuing south-west, stop at the traffic lights and turn right onto Fulham Road.
- Go past the Royal Brompton Hospital, and in about 5 minutes, you’ll find us on your left.
- Our Complete Pilates studio is situated within Complete Physio, which you’ll find on the first floor.
From Gloucester Road Underground Station
- Go south on Gloucester Road, making your way towards Cromwell Road.
- Continue straight onto Cranley Gardens.
- When you find yourself at the main crossroads, take your right onto Fulham Road.
- You’ll find us at the left, within Complete Physio. Complete Pilates is located on the first floor.

Our Pilates sessions also provide motivation and accountability for those who are looking to stay on track with their fitness routine.
Group cancer survivorship classes and online Pilates classes
We also offer group cancer survivorship classes and online Pilates classes, giving you the perfect opportunity to interact with other Pilates enthusiasts or just work at your own pace. With our group cancer survivorship classes, you will join a class of up to 8 people. These are a 10 week programme and help you develop strength, mobility, confidence, balance and more! Our online group Pilates classes are ideal for those who don’t have the time to come into our studio for a session but want a workout – enjoy the benefits of our qualified Pilates instructors right from your own home!
