Before you start moving with us, we make sure we have all the relevant information we need about you and how your body moves. Whether you exercise regularly or not at all, Pilates offers a diverse way of training that can be adapted and modified for everyone. As we’re physio-led, you can be assured that your exercises are safe and appropriate for you.
We offer 1-to-1 classes and small group classes, so whatever class you’re attending, you will always be guided through your own personalised program that challenges and progresses you towards your goals.
In our studio, you’ll find the latest Balanced Body Pilates equipment, including:
- Allegro 2 reformers
- Allegro 2 towers
- Trapeze tables or cadillac
- Ladder barrel and spine correctors
- Wunda chair or split pedal chair
In your session, we will also use a variety of smaller props like balls and the Pilates magic circle to help provide assistance or resistance to your movement and exercises.
To help you continue your practice and rehab at home, we’ll also incorporate some Mat Pilates exercises. You can find tutorials of these on the video page of our website or our YouTube channel.
