Hi, my name is Amy, and I am the Admin and Business Co-Ordinator at Complete Pilates. I am also a qualified Physiotherapist, having graduated from the University of Brighton in 2009, following an undergraduate degree in Sports Science.
I have always had a passion for helping people and have spent most of my Physio career working in private clinics, alongside the National rugby leagues. I was always interested in the behind the scenes and day to day running of the clinics I worked in, so joining Complete in my current role seemed like a natural progression.
I love that I get to combine my Physio & Pilates knowledge within my job and am such an advocate of exercise and movement within rehabilitation.
In my spare time, I have 2 young children that keep me on my toes and I am also a budding Sliversmith & Jewellery maker!
