Qualifications: Physiotherapy BSc, Polestar Pilates Comprehensive trained.

Hi there, I’m Melinda!
I have recently completed my Physiotherapy BSc at King’s College London, where I gained valuable clinical experience in various healthcare settings. One of the key highlights of my journey was a Women’s Health placement, where I had the privilege to work closely with experts in the field and treat a variety of disorders affecting women. This experience also introduced me to clinical Pilates, and I quickly developed a strong interest in it.

I love Pilates because of the value it places on the interplay between physical health and well-being, and how the body and mind are not separate entities, but interconnected aspects of one’s overall health. I am also drawn to how it increases body awareness, mobility, and strength, which can empower patients by increasing their confidence and sense of achievement.

I am very excited to continue my journey with Complete Pilates as I am passionate about improving lives through evidence-based Physiotherapy and Pilates interventions and working in a place that empowers patients to achieve optimal health, well-being, and quality of life.

When I am not in the studio, you will find me on a walk, getting an iced oat latte, or journaling!
