At Complete Pilates West London, we specialise in providing individualised exercise care. That means we only offer individual and small group classes so we can provide close supervision and support throughout your sessions. If you can’t get to our studios in person, we also offer individual and group online sessions, both live and on demand.
Like all of our studios, our West London Pilates studio has all the latest Balanced Body equipment, including:
- Allegro 2 reformers

During your classes, you’ll also use many of our other smaller Pilates props such as balls and the Pilates magic circle which help provide assistance or challenge to your exercises.

Group Pilates
Following your initial 1-to-1 assessment or after a couple of individual sessions of building your confidence, you may want to try our small group classes. You can join a family member or friend in a 2-to-1 Duet Class, or sign up for our 3-to-1 classes where you’ll still benefit from your own independent programme in a supportive small group environment.

If you can’t get to our West London studio, or online sessions work best for you, we have live and on demand options to suit your needs. Our online classes include 1-to-1 sessions, group mat classes and our OnDemand subscription.
