I came to Complete Pilates by way of my back consultant. At first working with Complete Physio, I then progressed to one on one pilates with Complete Pilates. The communication and monitoring of my progression between the two was phenomenal. I had experts attuned to my challenges and progress on both sides, working with me to transform my lack of mobility, and imbalances stemming from two flat discs. The entire team is incredibly impressive. At every turn, I had an expert by my side who helped show me the way forward when I felt stuck. Each person I have worked with has a passion for what they do and deep respect for fitness and sport. I have done the rounds of physios and pilates in London over the years, and it is Complete Pilates and Complete Physio that have succeeded in bringing me back to the person I was. Waking up to no pain, back to cycling, weights at the gym and skiing to my standard. Special thanks to Louise Alwyn, Kelly Graecen, Georgetta, Annabel Hawker and Charlotte Byrne for working with me through it all.

Char was very friendly and helpful in our Reformer Pilates Class. She was very knowledgeable about where to focus my strength and flexibility. Her smiley attitude made the class enjoyable!! Highly recommend

I've been seeing Courtney at Complete Pilates regularly for over a year - I started as recommended by a physio, and it has completely changed my life. Having had two hip operations before age 26 and now 30, I was struggling with day to day pain and unable to play the sports I love. The sessions have helped me manage the pain, focusing on corrective exercises improving body imbalances I am now back to playing tennis and running!! Thank you!!

I have been a client of Complete Pilates since 2015 post spine surgery and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have tailored a programme that has kept me strong and able to do most things despite the damage to my S1 nerve. The team are all professional and incredibly knowledgeable on how to achieve what the client needs. The benefit of having the one to one class is that your exercises are constantly monitored and adjusted to the tiniest detail maximise the positive effects. I always leave the studio feeling straighter, stronger and with a bounce in my step. Thank you Helen and the team.

My back consultant recommended Complete Pilates to help correct and control my scoliosis. The team asked for x-rays and medical reports to ensure I got the right treatment, and assigned me to Magda - who has suffered from scoliosis herself. I have been working with Magda for six months and seen huge improvements. I have tried other exercise programmes, but Complete Pilates has helped me really understand my condition, how to improve it and how to live around it. Whether you’ve tried Pilates before or you’re starting out as a beginner, you can rest assured that our expert team will have you feeling safe and confident from the get-go.

At Complete Pilates West London, we specialise in providing individualised exercise care. That means we only offer individual and small group classes so we can provide close supervision and support throughout your sessions. If you can’t get to our studios in person, we also offer individual and group online sessions, both live and on demand.

If Pilates at Complete Pilates sounds right for you, why not try our new client offer and start with two 1-to-1 sessions for £130. Before introducing you to the Pilates equipment and getting you moving, our clinical Pilates instructors will take you through a thorough assessment to determine your rehabilitation and movement needs, and discuss your goals. If you’re working with a consultant or another clinician we’ll ask you to bring along any letters or investigations that you’ve had so we can help you in the most safe and effective way.

The Complete Difference

You’ll find our studio located within the wider Complete Physio and Pilates clinic. Should you require further investigation or treatment beyond Pilates, we’ll be able to refer you to our many in-house specialists including diagnostic ultrasound clinicians, women’s health specialists, podiatrists, soft tissue therapists and strength and conditioning experts.

Furthermore, at Complete Pilates we work with some of London’s most renowned consultants and surgeons, such as the Fortius Clinic, providing a team-approach care to help people rehabilitate effectively pain, injuries and surgery.

All of our instructors have completed training with renowned Pilates Institutions such as Polestar Pilates. The Complete Experience

When you start with us at Complete Pilates West London, we’ll first ask you some questions about your health and injury history. We’ll then perform a full body assessment to help us create a Pilates programme that’s right for you.

Whether your goal is to reduce pain, improve your flexibility and mobility, move faster on the pitch or to simply do something for yourself and your health, we’ve got a class for you at our Complete Pilates West London studio.

Rehab Pilates

At Complete Pilates we guide the rehabilitation of injuries of the spine, joints and muscles, and help get you back on track towards being fully active again.

Our physio-led equipment rehab Pilates classes will help you move safely in your early phases of rehab and then challenge you as you progress and reach your goals.

These classes will test and improve your strength, mobility, balance and control and movement quality of your whole body.

Prenatal Pilates classes

Pilates is such a safe, fun and effective way for women to exercise during pregnancy. Our 1-to-1 Pregnancy Pilates Classes will keep you active during pregnancy, help you manage any niggle throughout the pregnancy, and help prepare you and your body for all the changes ahead. Our pregnancy equipment ensures we keep you safe and comfortable as you move through trimesters and if you need any specific assessment or advice, our in-house Women’s Health Specialists can help at any time.

Postnatal Pilates classes

Whether you’ve been with Complete Pilates West London prenatally, or you’re new to us postnatally, we offer post-natal Pilates classes for all women during their post-natal recovery. Our 1-to-1 classes provide a low-impact form of exercise with a focus on core and pelvic floor strengthening. We’ll help you start moving with confidence and provide a space for you to take some much needed time for yourself and tune back into your body.

Group Pilates

Following your initial 1-to-1 assessment or after a couple of individual sessions of building your confidence, you may want to try our small group classes. You can join a family member or friend in a 2-to-1 Duet Class, or sign up for our 3-to-1 classes where you’ll still benefit from your own independent programme in a supportive small group environment.

Completely Online

If you can’t get to our West London studio, or online sessions work best for you, we have live and on demand options to suit your needs. Our online classes include 1-to-1 sessions, group mat classes and our OnDemand subscription. If you’re looking for an individualised exercise programme, our 1-to-1 sessions are for you, whilst if you’re looking for a whole body general work out, try our online group mat classes. The Complete Pilates OnDemand service offers a library of Pilates classes that you can access and try out anytime.
